"The apartment is so homely and cosy. The owner has filled it with love and comfort. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was lovely, everything was great. The location is so handy. There is a huge shopping mall just 1 minute walk away. Then of course the eiffel tower is just a short 10/15 min stroll. But you can get amazing pictures from across the street. The views from the apartment of the seine are lovely. 3 train stations thst we found to be very near by. Bus stops near by. The area felt very safe also even late at night. The concierge mohamed was a kind and attentive gentleman. Also it's bigger than the pictures make it look Recommend"

"The sofa bed wouldn't open. We didn't try too hard as didn't want to force it but it's a bit worn out maybe? The bed was comfortable but maybe could do with new duvets and pillows as a bit lumpy. One drawer in the bedroom was broken and fell on my child's foot. For the price, location and the fact it's on the whole a really delightful little apartment the above things were not a big deal to us. We slept well because we were busy all day exploring and we had everything we needed."

"The apartment is in a great location, situated between the Eiffel Tower and the downtown area on the other side. If, like us, you enjoy walking along the Seine River, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is spacious and equipped with a kitchen, which makes it feel like home, allowing you to do groceries and cook simple meals. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores around. There’s a sofa bed and a carpet on the floor. They provided us with fresh, clean bed sheets and enough towels for our family. We especially appreciated Mr. A (the check-in/out concierge) for his warm welcome and kind gestures. Overall, the stay was excellent, but it would have been perfect if the bed had been firmer, as it was too soft."

"Overall, the stay was great, but the mattress was too soft for us. While we’re usually fine with a soft mattress, this one was just too soft. In our opinion, it’s time to replace it. We would definitely come back if the owner changes the mattress, as everything else about the stay was excellent."

"Отличное месторасположение. До метро и магазинов 700 метров. До Эйфелевой башни 1000 метров. Хорошая хозяйка, относилась с вниманием и заботой. Очень понятный check-in и check-out. Квартира на 27 этаже, быстрый лифт, хороший вид из окна. Квартира меблирована и укомплектована посудой. Есть кофе машина и посудомоечная машина."

"Нет телевизора, кухонного стола и стульев. Неудобный раскладной диван, головная часть которого, проваливается и в итоге получается, что голова ниже туловища. Много хозяйских вещей, которые создают чувство дискомфорта. Из нашего опыта - цена 200 евро в сутки завышена."
